I think this has to be the cutest house in all of Harper's Ferry. I love the historic look but also being extremely warm and welcoming at the same time. I usually dont sleep well while Im traveling but the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely a pleasant surprise and I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great house. Everything is completely as advertised. It had everything we needed, plus some other fun things—including a mini Bingo game that kept kids and adults occupied. Recommend.

My sisters and I loved the home as we grew up in a large old home. The place is lovely. The negatives are the shower in the tub and the back entrance into the house. Should be a step with a railing or enter through the front. The front porch is great. The other issue is someone should check the house after it’s cleaned.Overall we enjoyed the home and would rent it again

I live in DC with my wife and two young kids. I love camping/hiking, drinking (and sometimes brewing) great beer and wine, exploring new restaurants and shops, and traveling all over.
What makes this property unique
We spent years searching for the perfect getaway, and wanted to be close enough to DC that we could do a day trip. We fell in love with the area – and Time Traveler's Rest in particular. We love how cute and cozy our cabin is, and all the fun outdoor activities we can enjoy year-round. :)
