Welcome to KaMilo 121, a spacious and beautifully appointed townhome in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on Hawaii’s Big Island. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this two-story, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat blends luxury and island charm with its open-concept layout and soaring ceilings.

Upstairs, you’ll find the inviting living and dining areas, a powder room, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Sliding glass doors open to a private lanai with a built-in BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals surrounded by tropical landscaping. This level also features a bedroom with a king bed, TV, and en-suite bath.

Downstairs, the primary suite offers a TV, walk-in closet, spa-like bathroom with separate tub and shower, and a private lanai. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level: one with a queen bed, TV, and lanai, and another with two queen beds, TV, and lanai.

With central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful island-inspired décor, KaMilo 121 provides the perfect home base for your Big Island getaway.

It was a beautiful house and it was so close to the pool & had a nearby grocery store that was very convenient. There could have been more supplies, we ran out of paper goods on the 3rd day & had buy our own.

We had an amazing 10 day stay at our town home and the management company was wonderful! On about day 4 we realized the vacuum wasn’t working. I sent a message and within hours a brand new one was delivered. One of our adult children was having a hard time dealing with her asthma so we asked if we could change the HVAC filters and within an hour those appeared as well. Very easy to contact and very pleasant. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. We were 6 adults and two children and there was plenty of space for all of us. I would 100% recommend this for anyone but, especially families. The pools and gym are also perfect. Thank you
