It was clean cozy and perfect for what we needed. Our host made check in very smooth with keyless entry. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown Asheville. Only complaint is that the mattress was uneven and uncomfortable. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay very much.

First impression, the place is so clean! Very well kept, feels brand new. The unit is a room above a garage, so bear that in mind if you have a lot of stuff to haul in. Hosts are so generous providing bottles of water, snacks, boxes of cereal, coffee and half and half, shampoo. It's very nice!

Great little get away

This small studio was perfect for me during my Weekend in Asheville! The parking is right in front of the place which is great and I didn’t feel like I was staying in a guest house, but in my own private getaway!

Perfect, cozy place.

This was a perfect place to stay for the week that I was shuttling back-and-forth to the Warren Wilson, college campus for day – long activities. Clean and quiet, with a great shower. The only thing I would suggest would be the addition of a compact upholstered chair, so that the bed is not the only option For putting one’s feet up

Absolutely perfect studio style apt

This apartment was the perfect space and location for our short weekend in Asheville. It is truly your own space separate from the host's main house. It's 7 mins from Highland Brewery and 10 mins from downtown, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to really relax. No complaints whatsoever

Very Clean Property

This rental is a studio guest space above a garage used for storage. It is a detached garage. It was a quiet, and safe feeling neighborhood. The property was pristine-clean. We stayed for two nights and had no complaints. I would recommend this place for couples. There were also a few snacks and a few water bottles waiting for us when we got there. Very close to downtown Asheville.

Weekend Adventures

We had a great first time visit to Asheville! The little studio apartment had everything we needed with a few extras. The bed was comfortable, hot shower, small “kitchen” area that allowed us to put our cooler items in the fridge for the weekend and we enjoyed coffee every morning. The location is on a neighborhood which was quiet. The location allowed us to access everything the area had to offer.

Cozy apartment for staying in Asheville

This rental is a great place to stay for visiting Asheville. It is close to downtown but without all the noise and traffic. Check in and parking were very easy.

Perfect studio for seeing Asheville

Clean, convenient studio. Very friendly hosts. I was there for some work related classes. Worked perfectly and would stay there again.It really was convenient to everything and every place I needed to go to around Asheville.
