Wake up to a gorgeous lake view! This two bedroom with king beds, two and a half bathroom suite is located in Tan Tar A Estates within minutes of the world famous Margaritaville. The estate houses two pools and free private parking. The Margaritaville amenities include a swim-up bar pool, additional pools, a fire pit and access to the Landshark restaurant. Return to your suite and enjoy a beverage while sitting on your private deck watching the sunset of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

The Space:
Location of this property is in Tan Tar A Estates off of KK. In the same community as Margaritaville, Landshark, and the waterpark Jolly Mon. The home has two lockout units on both sides, however there aren’t any shared spaces, other than the parking and front entrance. Just be aware that guests could be staying in the units next door during your stay. There are also two community swimming pools that guests will have access to in the area. This Villa has two bedrooms, both fitted with comfortable King beds and televisions and high speed Internet throughout the entire home. A spacious back balcony built over a cliff makes it perfect for watching the sunsets, tanning out in the sun loungers, or having a BBQ with your friends & family.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the main building of the house, you will not have access to the lockout units on either side. Our guests are also welcome to swim at either one of our community pools here at Tan-Tar-A. A map of Margaritaville and the estates will be located in the house for you.

75 Elbow Cay is located in Osage Beach, Missouri, within the Tan-Tar-A Estates community. This neighborhood, established in the 1960s, has matured into a picturesque setting featuring stone ledges, beautiful ponds, and a well-maintained, though currently unused, 9-hole golf course.

The area is known for its quiet yet friendly atmosphere, where residents respect each other's property and offer help when needed. Homeowners take pride in maintaining their properties, contributing to the neighborhood's overall appeal.
