About this property

Gather the entire family this winter season in this spacious five bedroom house, complete with a cozy basement bunkbed area, and 3 bathrooms. You can sleep 28, see the main channel, but yet have the privacy and calmness of a cove. (It's important to note there are several steps to enter the house.) Even though you might not be tubing on the lake during the cooler months the views and space are worth the trip. Head into town and go ice skating or explore the caves that typically stay 60 degrees year round!

During the summer months we have a 'toy closet' available for an additional rental fee for all guests. It's an additional deposit and rental fee and you'll receive a code combination to access toys we have available for you during your stay. - Items include Foam floats, noodles, and pads, additional beach towels, and life vests games and toys. Message for a full inventory if interested. This beautiful lake house is a short ride to Margaritaville, Big Surf Waterpark, and plenty of other attractions. There is a general store up the street. You do have access to use the boat slip if needed. There are a lot of steps from the driveway to the house, as is typical around the lake, the area can be quite hilly.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Perfect for our large family in for a wedding

The owners were excellent to deal with, quick to respond. The house slept a LOT of people, had everything g we needed. Parking was the biggest issue, and the steep steps unloading and loading. Otherwise it was perfect, highly recommended!

Family Reunion

Our family loved the location and the house was very spacious, perfect for all ages. The kids were in the water non stop and loved jumping off the dock. The host was great at getting back to me with any questions we had in a very timely manner.
