NO GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR EVENTS: are allowed on the premises. We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events.

NO SMOKING: in property includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. Guests may smoke or vape outside and stay away from open door or windows. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the premises. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee.

NO DRUNKEN OR DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR: on-premises. We want you to enjoy your stay but ask that all our guests conduct themselves appropriately as to not disrespect our home and neighbors as the home is located in a residential area. The host reserves the right to remove guests in violation of this rule and a refund will not be granted.

NO TAMPERING/REMOVING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS: on-premises. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras to ensure the safety and cooperation of our guests. Please do not tamper, block, or remove cameras. Guests who violate this rule will be removed immediately; their reservation canceled without refund.

DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS: will accrue additional fees for the guest. Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a ‘courteous guest', therefore excessive dirtiness and /or damages to the home or property will result in additional fees. You are responsible for leaving an accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived.

LATE CHECKOUT: will result in a $50 fee for every 30 minutes the guest is on the premises after checkout. The standard checkout time for any reservation is 10 am. We ask guests to cooperate with check-out/check-in times.

MISCELLANEOUS: Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities-cannot 100% guarantee that the vacation rental is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND UNDERSTAND: We cannot guarantee this property will be white glove clean. If you have unrealistic expectations or are the type to search in corners, under beds, and in random areas just to find something to be unhappy about..., PLEASE DO NOT book this house. VRBO will be notified and you will be asked to leave immediately.
