About this property
Family Friendly 3bd/2ba Home - Downtown Moab - AC, Wi-Fi, Shade
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was completely remodeled in the last year! The home is clean and bright with an open concept floor plan. The home has heating and air conditioning for a comfortable environment all year long. The house has two driveways for ample parking and a large shaded front and back yard with Pecan and Apricot trees. There is covered outdoor dining and a BBQ grill. The home is a short walk from all of the downtown shops and restaurants and a short drive from all of the famous 4x4 roads, Arches National Park, Canyonlands and incredible biking trails! Per local regulations, only one rental per month is allowed. We have wonderful neighbors and are only able to rent to respectful and responsible folks! Pets considered!
