PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, HEATED POOL, SEAVIEW VILLA, ST. THOMAS, USVI, SLEEPS 8

Seaview Villa, St. Thomas, USVI, sits elevated above the Atlantic Ocean offering unobstructed cliffside views of Hans Lollik Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The down island views are a sight be to be seen. Only a few minutes drive to one of the world's top beaches, Magens Bay. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 18' heated pool that was just refinished in August 2025.

Once you enter the beautiful arched wooden double doors you will immediately see the private pool and ocean views for miles! The villa sits surrounded by palm trees and beautiful island tropical foliage providing total seclusion. The villa grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation, custom stone walkways and two stone private patio areas.

The kitchen has mahogany cabinets with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with plates, pot and pans etc. Brand new Cuisinart toaster oven with air fryer, dishwasher and gas range. Ninja blender and a Ninja slushy machine are also supplied in the kitchen for villa guest use.

Four large bedrooms have brand new bedding and black out drapery on the windows and sliding doors as of September 2025, Each bedroom has an air conditioner an ensuite bathroom.

Each of the four bathrooms has been renovated and is super clean with beautiful stone tile. As of September 2025, each bathroom as brand new plush towels.
There is a half bath off the kitchen area.

The entire interior of the villa has been painted, September 2025.

COMPLIMENTARY MEET AND GREET service is offered on your arrival day. A driver with a large van will meet you once you get your rental car, you will proceed to follow the driver to the villa for a tour. The driver will explain the gate codes and check in information upon arrival to the villa.
The Meet and Greet contact information will be provided to you prior to your stay.

Our driver that supplies our Meet and Greet service can supply transportation throughout your entire stay. Please note - driving is on the left on St. Thomas and the island is rather mountainous.

Starlink internet will provide our guests with high speed internet service throughout the villa. The living room has a Roku television for streaming.

The are two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging. Brand new large grill as of August 2025.

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, Seaview Villa will not disappoint. If you happen to get to see a full moon while visiting, it is completely amazing. Whale watching can be seen right from the pool deck at the right time of year. Sit and watch boats go by including some amazing yachts and catamarans.

The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse and an entrance gate that requires a code upon entry. The Mahogany Run community is one of the top communities on St. Thomas, you will be surrounded by beautiful villas and one of the best views on island.

Seaview Villa provides solar power including solar batteries and a backup generator.


Children must be three years old or older. NO pets allowed. NO smoking allowed.

You will find beach items such as beach towels, coolers and beach chairs located near the pool area to make your trip enjoyable without the stress of purchasing or bringing these items with you.

Please note - all chairs and coolers used must be returned to the villa upon your check out date, or the guest will be charged for them.

Villa owners are located on island and near by should rental guests need assistance.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Make sure you leave six beach chairs at the villa to avoid being charged for them. Curlson will explain where to put the keys upon checkout.
Please leave the villa as you found it upon arrival. Thank you in advance.
When leaving please turn air conditioner temperature to 79 if it was adjusted during your stay, or just turn them off completely. Electrical costs are very high on the island. Thank you in advance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We should mention a car is required for transportation to and from this property. There are also several stone steps to go up and down to the villa.
Air conditioner units: When using the remote to turn down the air conditioning, the units must be kept above 72 or the units are at risk of freezing
Rinse off when returning from the beach. No sand is allowed in the pool or house. There is an outdoor shower, to the right of the double wooden doors.

The Seaview Villa was more than fantastic. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The living space/kitchen was open concept with the kitchen having all the items needed for cooking and dining. The open deck and pool were our favorite part of the house. Plenty of room for 8 guests with sun and shade areas. The pool was warm and clean and just right after a day at the beach. The view 10/10. Everything in the home was wonderful & as pictured! The views were spectacular! My husband even said, “This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at on STT.”All the rooms were very clean and spacious! New furniture throughout the house and the beds are very comfortable. Very large outside deck that was appreciated for all of us to hang out in the morning and in the evening. We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The pool felt amazing. Eating dinner outside with the family was so enjoyable. Everything was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching boats sail by and pelicans flying by. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the property even when you want some space to be alone for a bit. Roads are crazy scary at first but we got the hang of it quickly.

Seaview Villa was absolutely amazing. The views were somehow even better than in the pictures. The house was updated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed eating on the deck and enjoyed our frequent visits from a pearly-eyed thrasher so much that we named it. The house was private and relaxing, which allowed for a perfect getaway. One thing to note for families traveling with small children: the house is two separate buildings with the pool in a courtyard in the middle. One building has one bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room. The other building has two bedrooms on the same level as the other building and an additional bedroom downstairs that you access from an outdoor stairwell. We made this work for our two families and three young kids but it can be a trickier setup for families with young kids. It’s a perfect setup for multiple couples or families with older kids to allow for some additional privacy.

We stayed at Lovenlund Estate on St. Thomas. The place was on the hilltop over looking the water and had beautiful views. The accommodations were great and everyone had their own privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting St. Thomas on an extended vacation. We were there for a week.

Stunning Villa

My family (3 adults, 2 teen boys) stayed at the villa for a week. The view was magnificent, the location perfect (within 25 min of everything on island), accommodation breathtaking. We had such a great experience at this property! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. One of the highlights was the concierge service. Curlson was amazing during check-in super friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly smooth. It was such a nice touch that really elevated the experience. Communication with the host was also excellent, quick, clear, and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Overall, this was a wonderful stay from start to finish. I moved from Pennsylvania to St. Thomas full time to enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches and snorkeling. The people on the island of St. Thomas are so warm and friendly. I would like to share our VRBO home with guests so that visitors get to experience what an island vacation can do to help relax and slow down from the hustle and bustle of being in the states or other locations around the globe.
I enjoy working on our properties on the island, spending time with my wife and our dog and of course going to the beaches!

I am on island so if anything is needed from our guests, I can assist as quickly as possible. The guests will not be dealing with an off island villa owner with a property manager.

Mahogany Run community is beautiful with unmatched island views. Seaview Villa is surrounded by beautiful homes. There is always something to look at day or night. The views of the ocean are off the charts amazing, the star lit sky on a clear night is something hard to duplicate. Full moons views are priceless from the villa.

What makes this property unique

The villa is completely surrounded by lush landscaped grounds. The home is virtually unseen from anyone passing by either by car or by foot. The gated entrance to the villa makes sure that the guests are not being bothered by anyone. Privacy is a 10 out of 10 at the home.
