The Cozy Cottage welcomes you!

A very private North Canton location yet close to everything, nestled on slightly over an acre of green space. Porch swing, deck and fire pit to relax at any time of day. A large shaded yard where you sometimes see deer roaming around and less than 10 mins to extensive dining and shopping options, the HOF and everything else the area has to offer. A true oasis we hope you love as much as we do!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in washer and start the cycle on towels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time from 11pm-7am No smoking/vaping inside the house Absolutely no illegal substance use in the house or on the property
Please DO NOT move furniture
There is one security camera located at the property on the garage facing the driveway with the security floodlights.

The place was in a Nice area, very clean and literally had everything you need for a night or a week! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's close to a great winery resort and the football hall of fame, shopping and other good restaurants. Can't go wrong staying here!

The house was very comfortable and very clean we enjoyed the weekend there. The host Tom was very informative and answered all my questions promptly. Would just suggest an extra chair in the living room but the couch was very nice and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Host was great and was able to accommodate us with an early check in. There is even a nice coffee, hot chocolate , and tea set up for your stay. This was not expected and was a really nice touch. The house is very cute and cozy. It was perfect for the. 3 of us. Great location to food, shopping, and 77. * check out Pav’s creamery- I promise you definitely want to stop in and have a milkshake ( yes even if it’s freezing outside) .
