Welcome to 221 N. Davis! This unique, newly-furnished property is one half of a duplex in the quieter, residential part of town. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with steam showers), 4 decks and a fully-stocked kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, in addition to the kitchen, dining room and living room that has a view of the beautiful Telluride sunsets.

Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - one king bed, one queen bed and 2 twin trundle beds - along with an additional living area for your group to spread out.

In addition to ample indoor living space, there are 4 decks surrounding the condo. Sit on the porch by the front door to have a cup of coffee and see the sunrise. Sit on the oversized deck off the back to watch the sunset. The windows and doors open to allow for plentiful sunshine and air flow throughout the unit.

The unit includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, steam showers, gas grill, hair dryers, a fully-stocked kitchen and 2 parking spots.

We stayed at this lovely house in Telluride last week and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. The ceilings are high and there is a lot of natural light. The home had clearly been recently furnished and professionally decorated. It almost felt almost too nice to be a rental probably because all the furniture and kitchen gear were brand new.The location is great and we enjoyed the views of the ski mountain. It takes about five minutes to reach the center of town and we walked everywhere. It was a little cold so we didn’t use the outdoor space, but there is a large deck that looks at the ski mountain. Telluride was an awesome place to visit for our annual family trip. We are definitely going back!
