1920 Farmhouse built by our neighbor's uncle. We sometimes live in the attached 1910 Log Cabin, but often vacate when guests are there.

House Rules :

All guests MUST pay State (9.5%) and County (4%) taxes before check-in. To avoid delay in check in, PLEASE pay the taxes electronically before you arrive.
Check-in will be by the person making the reservation unless cleared by the owner or his designee. Photo ID over person checking-in must be presented or transmitted to owner before check-in.
Quiet hours after 10pm if you have not rented the entire house and other guests are on property. Non-lodging guests (friends, clients, vendors) may be on premises only with documented consent of owner. Trespassors will be treated as such.
Excess trash or excessive cleaning will result in a portion of your security deposit being with-held or additional charges. The guest is responsible for bagging their own trash in large bags that are provided. All trash left outside must be in large green bins to prevent animals from creating an awful mess. Guests are responsible for cleaning grills and ovens if they are made greasy/dirty. Use of confetti, candles, and outside fire pits are prohibited.
Your stay at the Lodging includes the house and immediate yard only. Hiking trails, lakes and various outdoor activities can be accessed via Day Passes obtained from Big East Fork Retreat (Contact Retreat staff event space rentals. Enjoy your Stay !
