Unit has bunks in hallway. Awesome Gulf views!! TV/VCR/DVD in Living Area and TV in Bedroom. Next to State Park property & pier. Non smoking. Nicely furnished 1 bedroom 2 bath unit Master bedroom has king size bed and private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer.

When using a credit/debit card, we charge a 3.5 percent convenience fee on any amount put on a card.

Beach vacation

This place was exactly what I had in my mind! Me and my daughter had the best time! Perfect location and as my first time to orange beach it will absolutely be my further beach location! Can’t wait to go back!!

Condo is great- property management not so much

Let’s start with before the arrival. We have used VRBO several times - but never had to deal with another layer (management company) until now. We emailed the mgmt company and asked a few questions (is there a wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc). We were not expecting any of these - just asked them. The response started with “it is not our policy” with several grammatical and spelling errors. Oh boy. Here we go. So we arrived and saw the condo. The shower door was broke.man and the frig was not chilling well. They did fix the shower door. The view was outstanding - but the condition of the unit was very tired. Rest assured we will use VRBO again but will NEVER use or recommend Sugar Sands Realty.

Property was just as described online, it was convenient to everything. Room and furnishings -fixtures were a little dated, but overall a great place to stay!!!
