Royal Palms 403 is a beautifully updated one-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front condominium offering amazing views from the 4th floor. Ideally located next to the Gulf State Park Pier, this condo provides the perfect setting for your next beach vacation.



• Access to the private balcony is available from the living room.



• Beautiful plank flooring extends throughout the entire unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats three, and three barstools provide additional seating at the counter.



• A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a queen sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Two built-in bunk beds are located in the hallway alcove - perfect for children. (*Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Skip the long lines - this unit offers keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.



• One parking pass will be automatically billed. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. If you need an additional pass, please let us know. The cost is $65 plus tax per pass. Hangout Music Festival passes are $150 each, per the association.

This place was wonderful!! Exactly as it's portrayed in the photographs. It was perfect for our little family to enjoy the beach and watch the dolphins from the balcony. The only odd thing was that door was ajar when we arrived and we sent message but never heard back. We assume it was someone mistake but all good. The place was great! So close to the beach.

We had a great time..the unit was clean but had an odor when we first arrived! We had to buy air fresheners to help..Beds were not very comfortable and the couch was broken down! The unit furnished everything that was stated! Great location!

I stayed here for week and it was the best time! I have stayed at different royal palms condos in the past, a total of 10 different ones, and this was the best! The bed was the absolutely the best bed ever, and first time with bad back that I did not have to sleep on sofa. The unit is well equipped, I cannot recommend any place other than this one. Also important info, do not buy or bring umbrella, unit has one, do not buy or bring kids beach toys the ground area has floats, nets, shovels and etc, anything you want is there. Do not bring pool float, it has floats in pool storage. This was simply the best place I have ever stayed and will book again for next yr and yr after that!

The property met our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was delightful with one exception, the master bed area smelled of mold. I don't think it was the property rather the cleaning crew using an old mop. Nevertheless, i would stay here again.
