The front desk clerk was rude about parking until I mentioned I had worked with Wyndham before, and the tone changed. Then there wasn’t the amenities like an extra bed, refrigerator or microwave as advertised. Additional pet fees not advertised on the app. Crazy this room wasn’t available on the actual Wyndham app. I was unable to even get points when I have an account with them, because I had to use the third party to make the purchase for a room that wasn’t available on their direct site. The room was moist everywhere with the humidity, and typically due to housekeeping leaving the rooms wide opened until they finish the entire row of rooms making the humidity and mold accumulate for hours while they finish room to room. Then there’s the fact that the front desk would not give any extra bedding for us to even make a bed on the unsanitary floor due to their false advertisement. Breakfast was whack. We had to help a lady chase down her dogs that she didn’t have control of them and we had a heart bigger than the staff just watching everything unfold like it was my responsibility to take care of their guests. The way they treated people in line before me should’ve set the expectation, but I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt - unfortunately 2 stars is only because housekeeping at least had a bandaid for us to keep!

We stayed on February 17, 2026. The property is clearly positioned as a budget option, and overall, it reflects that price point.Our first room had an odor, and the pool area was not in condition for us to comfortably use during our stay. We were relocated to another room, which was an improvement and appreciated.Based on the listing, we believed there was a microwave in the room. However, the microwave is located in a shared area for all guests rather than inside the individual rooms, which was not what we expected.The accommodations are basic and best suited for travelers looking for an affordable stay near the airport rather than upscale amenities. While the hotel staff was professional, we experienced difficulty resolving a reservation issue with the booking provider, which significantly affected our overall experience. Without the reservation issue, we would have rated this stay 4 stars. Because that matter was not handled smoothly, we are rating this stay 1 star.Overall, this property works well for guests seeking a low-cost overnight stay with convenient airport access, but expectations should align with a budget-level experience.
