About this property

Sweet little cottage studio guest house. This home has a private yard and is a great space to get away. Full kitchen and all dishes and silverware. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Flat screen tv. Close to downtown Cheyenne. 2 twin size beds including a day bed. We are here for you if you need us! Studio apartment with a daybed/sofa. Great location in Cheyenne. Rustic/modern feel. Everything you need to have a great stay. You have the entire place to yourself. Yard is private and everything in the space is yours. I am not on site but available by phone, text, airbnb messages etc and can be on site in about 15 minutes if needed. Close to interstate access, parks and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and full of older historic homes. Great location for walking, catching local transit, drive, or Uber. This cottage is located behind the main house and is best accessed through the alleyway where there is parking next to the home.

Parking space behind studio is in need of gravel and leveling. Full of nails and a huge pothole not ideal for guests. Basement apartment better choice.
