Guests occupying or checking out of the home on a Tuesday must bring the trash cans to the curb, as the City picks up trash on Wednesday
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to the home’s bay front location, you may occasionally see a water bug or roach. If this would negatively impact your stay, please do not book.
Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We try to accommodate. Fee: $50
Unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs will result in a fee of $100
Grill Use: If you use the outdoor grill, please clean it after use. A $75 fee will be charged if the grill is left dirty.
