We feel like our home while staying here. The best house ever, new modern home with full kitchen, convenience for everything. We have a great time here. Super clean, organized, great information about institutions easily to check in. We will come back next year. Thank you very much.
I would 100% stay here again! TJ was super responsive throughout the process. The unit is totally redone and right in front of stop 46 on the Green line which is only about 5 to 7 minute drive to Eagle Lodge! Can't beat the location! Beds and pillows were great as was the shower! Loved the coffee options for the Keurig and the kitchen had everything you need. Loved the easy access to the hot tub and dry sauna! TJ I will be back!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re really glad you enjoyed the location, the remodel, and all the little details—from the beds and shower to the coffee and kitchen setup. It’s great to hear the Green Line access and proximity to Eagle Lodge made things easy, and that you were able to enjoy the hot tub and sauna as well.
You were a fantastic guest, and I’d be happy to host you anytime. Looking forward to having you back on your next trip!
About the host
Hosted by TJ
Hi, I'm TJ! I’m a filmmaker and vacation rental host who fell in love with the beauty and peacefulness of Mammoth Lakes. What started as a quick getaway turned into a passion for sharing this mountain town with others.
When I’m not working behind the camera or editing videos, I’m exploring local trails, hitting the slopes in winter, or relaxing by the lakes during the summer. I’ve put a lot of care into designing this space to make sure it’s cozy, functional, and full of little touches that make it feel like a home away from home.
As a guest, you’ll have full privacy, but I’m just a message away if you need recommendations or help during your stay. Whether you’re here to ski, fish, hike, bike, or just unwind—this place is the perfect basecamp.
Looking forward to hosting your next adventure in Mammoth!
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of convenience, quiet, and that classic Mammoth charm. St.Moritz is tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing, but it’s still just minutes from the Village, restaurants, shops, and ski lifts.
What really sold me was the easy access to everything—bike trails, lakes, hiking, and skiing are all just a short drive (or even a walk or bike ride) away. The community also has great amenities like a pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room, which make it feel more like a mountain resort than just a condo complex.
I wanted a place that I would love to stay in myself, and this neighborhood checked all the boxes.
What makes this property unique
This condo blends modern comfort with cozy mountain vibes—perfect for relaxing after a full day of adventure. What makes it truly unique is the balance between style, function, and location. I’ve thoughtfully updated the space with clean, modern touches while still keeping it warm and welcoming—so it feels like a boutique mountain retreat, not just another rental.
You’ll have access to awesome shared amenities like a year-round hot tub, pool (in summer), sauna, and a game room—great for families or couples looking to unwind. The unit is also stocked with little extras like wireless headphones for late-night movies, local tips on where to eat or explore, and even discounts at some local spots.
Plus, you’re only a few minutes from the Village, grocery stores, trails, and lifts—but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to after every season.
