Please note that the host resides on the property for security and guest assistance purposes. When guests arrive, the host may come outside after observing activity on the security cameras, which are installed solely for safety reasons.
It is also important to follow the house rules agreed to at booking. The listing clearly states that children and unregistered visitors are not permitted; however, a child and additional uninvited guests were brought to the property. These rules are in place to ensure comfort, safety, and fairness for all guests.

You get a very good value for the fees charged at this property. Guests that book this property normally find that prices are too low for all the services that are being offered. It is spacious, located very close to well developed areas but at the same time you can enjoy rest when you need it.
