- A 30 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Only 1 pet weighing a maximum of 15lbs is allowed. Pet fee is an additional $100.00 per month/per pet. A pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $25+tax per pet for stays of 30 or more days.
