It has quick and easy access to the city park in downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. It’s a 10-minute walk to the Market Walk. This Craftsman home is cozy and comfortable. Bedroom two has a queen bed and shares the 2nd bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3, also has a queen bed. Bathroom 2 has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. All three bedrooms have floor fans for extra comfort and a little white noise. The bathrooms are equipped hair dryers and guest amenities.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the home into the large great room. Walk into the stylish living area with a gas-burning fireplace, a large sofa with a built-in lounger with seating for 4 or more. Two side chairs make for a great conversation area around the coffee table. The great room also has a 51” TV equipped with Roku TV that you can put in “guest mode” so you can watch your favorite shows on your Netflix or Prime account and have it automatically sign you out once you leave. You can watch the game or your favorite shows from just about anywhere in the great room.
Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The oval wood table comfortably seats up to 6 people. A rustic chandelier made of tree branches creates a warm and homey environment.
Next to the living and dining areas is the kitchen which is equipped with just about anything you would need to whip up some great meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. New stainless-steel appliances include: a side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, a Frigidaire oven with a 4-burner stove with large bottom oven and a Frigidaire microwave oven. Small appliances include a blender and every kitchen gadget you could possibly need to prepare the simplest meals to a gourmet 5-course delight.
Just up a few stairs up is the study nook with a built-in desk and plenty of space to spread out work should you need to do that on vacation. The nook also leads to the back deck.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)

It has a gas burning fire pit surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating…a cushioned sofa with a built-in lounger flanked with two cushioned side chairs. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy cozy warmth while you take in the view and the star-filled skies.
A second seating area on the side patio is off the great room and included an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with a propane BBQ. A local artisan's chandelier made of wine barrel rings hangs over the table for the perfect wine country ambiance.

Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a few blocks away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away is DK's Donuts (open 24 hours per day).
