Welcome to Bedford Place, a bright 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor residence located in the heart of Williamsburg. Nestled in a quiet three-unit walk-up just steps from Bedford Avenue’s iconic shops, cafes, and restaurants, this home blends comfort, privacy, and convenience.
Inside, a spacious open living area flows into a dining alcove and a redesigned kitchen featuring GE appliances, quartz countertops, and a generous breakfast bar, ideal for casual meals or entertaining. Both bedrooms are tucked away at the rear of the apartment, offering peaceful eastern exposures and direct views of the private backyard. The updated bathroom is shared between both bedrooms, and a stackable washer and dryer adds everyday ease.
Through the primary bedroom, step out into a private backyard outfitted with outdoor seating. This inviting space is ideal for relaxing, dining al fresco, or enjoying a quiet moment in the fresh air. With Whole Foods, Martha’s Country Bakery, The Butcher’s Daughter, and the L train just around the corner, this lovely residence offers the perfect balance of neighborhood charm and modern convenience.

Partner Managed: This is a partner-managed property, verified to meet Rove's brand standards and 5-star service. The residence is exclusively available through Rove Travel with the guaranteed lowest rate. After booking, you will coordinate directly with the property's manager for your stay. To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Please note that bi-weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $140 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.
No outdoor music is permitted past midnight to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
Williamsburg has quickly become one of New York’s most desirable and lively neighborhoods in the past decade or two, and is a perfect location from which to enjoy the city’s best art, culture and bars whilst still having the more residential and green vibe of Brooklyn. Here you are ideally situated, close to subways and bars/restaurants, and equally near to McCarren Park and the East River for a daily dose of fresh air and nature.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property including inside the home and in all outdoor areas. A violation of this policy will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, and may lead to removal from the property. Vaping is permitted.
Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
