I am always satisfied with my stays at the Bradshaw. This time around the parking was a little better. Had to arrange to be picked up a few times. Since I was concerned about losing my parking spot.

Great location, though parking can be a challenge, further complicated during our stay with construction on both sides of the building. Not the property's fault, but a heads up, especially coming in late the first night, would have been appreciated.The coffee shop on the lower level is great! Great food, very reasonable prices, and friendly service.A guide book for things like wifi connection, appliances (how to turn an alarm off), heating (the apartment was so cold when we arrived that I requested an extra blanket, which was refused) would have saved three messages. We figured things out, but it could have been easier.It may seem petty, but when you're paying hundreds of dollars a night, perhaps another roll of toilet paper would buy some good will.
