This house is in a beautiful location that’s easily walkable to the historic district. The house was beautiful and very clean. We can’t wait to come back one day!
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Greenville. The house and furnishings were comfortable. It was even nicer than the pictures. Our host, Lois, met with us when we arrived showed us where everything was and made recommendations for the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items I needed. Lois even stocked some pantry items and milk and eggs. she even gave us tomatoes from her own garden! And she baked us some truly delicious muffins! The house had books, brochures for area attractions. Lois has thought of everything! I definitely plan to return.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, historic with modern upgrades and it fit our needs perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!
A friend and I stayed for our friends wedding. Lois had champagne in the fridge and baked us muffins! Food in the cabinets! So thoughtful! And on top of that the apartment was super cute! Would definitely stay here again!!
We had a delightful time staying in Lois’ place. We needed to book the lodging last-minute, and she was super accommodating and welcoming. The apartment was artistically decorated, immaculate, and well-stocked with everything we could need during our four-night stay. The quantity and quality of food items in the pantry and refrigerator was better than any other rental unit we’ve booked to date! Lois also provided several helpful instructions, tips and local recommendations. We walked through the West End and to the downtown area multiple times and drove to the Greenville State Farmers Market. We loved the apartment and location so much, we even tried to extend our stay, but unsurprisingly her place was already booked immediately following our stay. Wonderful experience!!
These accommodations are amazing! Lois went above and beyond with what she provided. The place is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. She had homemade muffins ready for us when we arrived as well as a totally well stocked kitchen! She welcomed us when we arrived and she gave us dinner and activity recommendations…..which were all fantastic! This was the best place we have ever stayed through VRBO! Thank you Lois!
The location, amenities, and host were simply exceptional. The property is well maintained, with lots of extra items in the kitchen saving time and expense. Super friendly host with a deep understanding of the local area. The sole issue is access requires two separate flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to know in advance. The host has installed commercial quality handrails up to the front porch and the interior stairs are well done with very sturdy handrails.
My husband, daughter (31) and I stayed here in order to gather with my family. We had representation from 4 states (NC, SC, AL and CA) all in different vacation rentals. There was plenty of room for everyone, 15 in all, to gather and catch up and just to enjoy. The apartment is upstairs and has very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking aid we needed. Lois was very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a must if you visit Greenville. I highly recommend this apartment.
Great place with great on-site owner. Very well stocked with food, games, drinks, toiletries, etc. Lots of wonderful pillows and plenty of dishes. Neighborhood cat, Felicia, was a real bonus.
IMMACULATELY CLEAN, Beautiful ,artful ,quirky, fun but tasteful in every way. Comfortable bed with pillows galore. Kitchen and fridge stocked, Bathrooms with comfortable towels, good shower. Cozy kitchen breakfast nook big enough for 6 people. Our host was kind and communicative and was waiting for us when we arrived. Walking distance to many sites, including the Falls.
The place had EVERYTHING one could need to make your stay perfect. Even had a frozen pizza in the freezer that we were able to enjoy when we were too tired to go out for dinner. Very walkable to downtown and unity park. Lois is super nice and helpful and knowledgable of the events and places to go in Greenville. Would definitely recommend this home. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely amazing. The host is fabulous. The place is beautiful (the pictures don’t do it justice). It’s also amazing if you like art and reading. I couldn’t be happier and hope to return.
Lois was an incredible host! She baked us muffins upon our arrival, give great tips on the area, let us check out late, and was as kind as can be. The house was perfect for our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! Perfect walking distance to downtown.
We traveled to Greenville with our 3 and 5 year old. My husband had to work downtown which was about a 20 minute walk for him. We walked to a Drive game and otherwise we were able to drive, in a week we used less than a 1/2 tank of gas, that's how close it was to everything! The VRBO was better than the pictures and Lois was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable! We said several times that we would like to come back and stay in this VRBO. Thanks Lois for a great stay and for making our week top-notch!
This place exceeded all expectations! Very clean, comfortable beds, a very friendly and responsive host and ideal location. We would definitely recommend this place!
Lois goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. She offers fresh baked goods and pointers on the area. The unit is decorated with artistic touches and fully stocked with food and paper goods, that she encourages the use of without worries of replacing anything. The area is walkable to several shops and restaurants, as well as the downtown park and falls. If you intend to venture out and explore by auto it is a perfect location central to many different smaller towns and areas. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again the next time that we are in Greenville.
My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for the weekend. The location was ideal for visiting downtown and easy to access I-385, when necessary. The property was exactly as described and very clean and well maintained. Lois met me when I arrived and went over everything to insure we had everything for our stay. She even called some of her friends to help answer questions about some locations we wanted to check out on our visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Greenville, SC.
