WOW! Check out this private custom home offered for vacation/business rental. This house is in an established residential neighborhood close to Fiesta Station & Texas Station, local casinos with great restaurants. There is Meadows Mall close by for all kinds of shopping, movies, bowling and most everything is handy. It is a great house for entertaining and a nice quiet shady family neighborhood. Just off Decatur and Rancho (NW area), it is a short drive to the freeway and on to the Las Vegas strip. Close to shopping, movies, casinos, malls, golf courses, stores, shops, the private airport and most other conveniences.

Large family room with ping-pong table and foosball and fireplace. Large living room open to kitchen and dining room and steps away from enclosed patio and private pool. There is cable TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. Dining room has large table for family dining and more seating at the kitchen bar.

Fully stocked kitchen has appliances and utensils for the master chef. Prepare a business cocktail party, entertain clients in a warm setting or just prepare a quiet meal. Plenty of room to cater an event.

King size master bedroom and private bath with two showers. Second bedroom has two queen beds. Third bedroom has two king beds. Fourth bedroom has double/twin bunk beds and twin rollaway bed. Fifth bedroom is small room off kitchen with bunkbeds. Two queen sofa bed in living/family room. This house sleeps 16 people in beds and five more in sofa bed and roll away. Color TV with cable in most rooms. High ceilings with skylights in several rooms. This home can accommodate large families, conventioneers, or just a private getaway for two. Cozy backyard is fully landscaped, solar heated private pool that allows swimming from the end of March until the beginning of November most years. Large hot tub for cool evenings.

Casita has one bedroom, one bath, living room, kitchen area and sofa bed in the living room.

Will do it again

The house was excellent, there was more beds and space than what we needed. Pool and Jacuzzi were great. Communicating with the host was easy and I was offered their cell number and I declined as I know people have better things to do. Instructions for everything were very clear. Lots of shade in front yard with the wonderful tree. Everything was pleasant. Thank you for hosting.

Great space for a large group

8 of us stayed here for week. It is a classic, vintage 70s style property with some nice touches: swimming pool, table tennis, nice tv and kitchen. Lots of beds. House was very clean and owner was great to deal with.

Tournament Week

The house was great for our women's softball team. Everyone loved the space offered but would have liked to have things more updated. There were some issues that occurred but the owner was responsive and corrected the problem.

Perfect for family vacay! Spacious, and MORE than enough room! I suggest visiting the residence 1st…then heading to the nearby Walmart and getting whatever items that will add to your stay! Perfect for entertaining!! Very “homely” feel and many memories made! Thanks so much Brenda for your hospitality! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Family Reunion and Birthday

Property was great for our party. Plenty of room for everyone. House is dirty. Dust on furniture. Items on carpet. Oven really does not work. Had issues with TV in main living room, called owner and never received a call back. We figured out problem ourselves. If you don't mind dates and dirty and just need a huge space, then this is for you.

I am a military brat and moved to Vegas to get married in 1987. My husband and I were in a small home a few blocks away and after two children, decided we wanted a larger home. This is a unique neighborhood because it is all half acre properties and lots of mature landscaping. We loved Vegas because all of the amenities there, but we had a nice quiet neighborhood to raise our family.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the home to raise our children in. My husband is born/raised Las Vegas man. We loved the single story but large home and lots of room for entertaining.

What makes this property unique

The size of our home and the layout makes it so much roomier for large groups or families. The outdoor space and huge mature trees with shade provide a fabulous setting for enjoying being outside.
