Nordic style 2 bedrooms home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for your home away from home. Conveniently located near the Strip, downtown, and Summerlin. Ample on-site parking for large vehicles available.

📌 No party! No smoking in the house! For your safety, DO NOT unplug any security system in the house. All cameras are located in the outside area.
📌 No access to the water slide but you can access the pool
📌 Please note the front and back yard undergoing improvements, expect dust and bare appearance.
Outside of yard might look like in a construction, however the pool is available to use.
📌 All late check out needed to be informed more than 48 hours before
Late check out within an hour $200
Late check out more than an hour will be considered another night rent.
