About the host
Hosted by Kari Chevalier
I am a special education teacher who loves to travel, entertain and compete. I have traveled all over the country with my family, racing sprint cars. We have stayed in many vacation rentals. I have always wanted to own one, I am excited for the opportunity to care for others in our home the way I have been cared for in other homes.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I bought this house as our "forever home". We worked hard to update it and make it something our family would enjoy together for years to come. Then life threw us an unexpected surprise, and we found ourselves relocating to eastern Wisconsin.
We loved the property too much to let it go. So, we decided to try our luck with short term rentals. This way, we can allow others to enjoy the magic and comfort of the home as we had planned to do for many years to come.

What makes this property unique
We fell in love with the beautiful, tranquil nearly 13 acre lot. What we loved most, is while we felt like we are in the middle of nowhere, we were only 5. minutes from restaurants, shopping and local sports and entertainment venues. It was a perfect combination.
We hope guests will find the ease of getting to local attractions such as The National Sports Center, The Super Rink, The MN State Fair, The Minneapolis/St Paul airport and TPC golf course (among MANY other golf courses in the area) as wonderful and convenient as we did.
