You can hang by the pool, on the beach, go paddle-boarding or kayaking. The ocean is your own private back yard. This house is perfect for families or groups of friends. Hartswell is about 20 minutes from Georgetown. Close enough to town while still far enough to get away. Peace, relaxation and comfort all in one.

This property is magical, I love Exuma. My family and I have been travelling there since my husband was little. Its a inspiration place, where you are with nature at your footsteps, children and families alike can explore, relax and just be.
What makes this property unique
The view is breathtaking, you can't get used to the color of the sea, it surprises you every time. Every time you walk outside you aren't quite sure what to expect. The house is so comfortable, you can be together in a big group and yet everyone has their own privacy. Its cozy yet comfortable. The most incredible part are the memories.
