I needed a nice place to stay convenient to Lake City and this cozy little house was perfect. Everything was as described. Kitchen was clean and nicely stocked with any utensil I may need. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bedroom was tucked on the backside of the house and you could hear almost no noise from outside or from the road. The linens were clean and fresh. Perfect for a good night nights sleep. I booked the house for two weeks and very happy that I did. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lake City, Florida, or just passing through for a night this place is perfect. I would definitely book this again.

The house was clean and nice. The owner is in the process of updating it so there were a few things that still needed to be completed. The oven was not working which was not a huge deal but didn’t know ahead of time so couldn’t cook the frozen pizza I bought. I didn’t receive any directions or instructions for arrival or departure so I reached out to the owner who responded promptly. I would definitely stay there again.
