The Space:
Two good sized family rooms and a spacious back deck provide plenty of space for the family to spread out (complete with outdoor shower.) Easy walk (~ 10 mins) to two beaches (Forest & Pleasant Street). Great family beaches are also a short drive away (Ridgevale & Hardings Beach). Close to both Harwich Port and Chatham Center. Old Colony bike trail is also a few blocks away for a nice leisurely ride into town. The large backyard and spacious deck offer tons of space for the whole family to relax. Sit on the deck in the morning sun with a good book and your coffee, or cook up some dinner on the gas grill. Central a/c, wifi, and 3 smart flat screen TVs make for a comfortable stay. Great rental in a fabulous location to start your Cape Cod vacation memories in year after year. Additionally, we are in the process of renovations! The den closest to the deck will be transformed into a beautiful dining room that seats ten, as well as a GAME ROOM for the kids (and active adults) for the basement!

Perfect for wedding weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming home for a friend's wedding weekend! Perfectly located and spacious for multiple guests. We loved the outdoor space, grill and fire pit! Very clean and easy communication with owner. Highly recommend!

Designed for fun family life!

The house lived up to its description - our family loved the game room and the fire pit! The large dining room was fantastic too.

Stay at Scoot Away

I will start by saying that the folks at Del Mar Vacations, the property manager were fantastic! We had a number of issues and they dealt with them immediately. What we were unhappy about was the general condition of the property and specifically, things like lights not working, poor condition of the grill and difficulty using the "smart" TV. And while we knew the property was tucked away in a residential area, we thought we'd be a bit closer to water. No such luck.
