Come make yourself at home in this 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house just 3 mins from Hospital and 6 mins to AR State College Campus. Be close to everything including shopping and restaurants, but still in quiet safe neighborhood. Private yard with nice deck for relaxing. Home has been furnished for comfort and convenience and just completely remodeled fresh paint and new flooring throughout. Large master bath with jetted tub and separate walk in shower with bench. 2 full baths, 1 King bed, 1 Queen, 1 full, one twin Daybed all set up with your comfort in mind. Can comfortably sleep 8. We welcome corporate travelers as well as leisure. With just a 2 night min stay great for weekend football game stays . Short notice may not be a problem if the house if available just contact us and lets work something out.
Eat in fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances & everything you need to cook. Sometimes its the little things... cooking spices & condiments on hand, a community chest for HBA things you may have forgotten, extra charging cords, Sleep sound machines, Google home so you can ask it to set the thermostat from bed or play your favorite music, steaming on demand shows from Netflix, Amazon & a huge DVD library, Board & card games even path lights throughout the house that are motion activated. We welcome corporate travelers as well as leisure. Great for weekend football game stays as well family get togethers. We like to be able to offer something you can not get at hotels so if this is a special occasion happy to help with extra details if needed just contact us and let us deliver that unique experience.

This is a very nice home, and it is very thoughtfully prepared for the guest. Kitchen and toiletries are very well stocked. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cousins mini reunion

Check-in was easy, 4 adults, enough room, even though one room was a twin bed. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked, although K-cup machine didn’t work. They did have regular coffee maker. The living room is okay but only a L- shape sofa and one chair a little crowded for 4 adults. Not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Quite neighborhood. Would book again.

Perfect Place!

This was our first time ever to get a vacation rental for our family reunion, and it was the best decision we made for sure. We usually get a hotel which has been doable but we were always having to eat out and we enjoy cooking so being able to do that was great! The house was perfect, it had everything we needed and some! There’s a dollar general right in front of the neighborhood which was so convenient because there was a few things here and there that we needed! Jory was great to work with and she answered any questions I had and was very helpful! This is the perfect place to stay and where we still stay from now on!

Week Stay with Family for Funeral

Stayed at this property with family over the Thanksgiving holiday in order to organize and attend a funeral. The home was VERY WELL appointed from soap, to laundry, to fridge, to coffee, to music, it was like home. Thank you for that. The home was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, Jonesboro has so many new restaurants and attractions. It had been years since we had been there so that was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Our ONLY complaint were the floors were a little dirty as in completely ruined our socks, but we let the homeowner know and they were really responsive and apologetic. Would not stop us from giving a great review.

We'll keep going back

This was our third stay at Jory's and it was lovely as usual. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from restaurants and shopping. Our favorite places to eat are Fat City, Shadrach's Coffee, and Andy's frozen custard.  Craighead Park is about 20 minutes away; nice for walking and picnicking, and the splash pad and playground at Access 5 are the best for little kids.

Family reunion

We needed a home in Arkansas for our family reunion that was spacious and provided space in the rooms. This home provided everything we needed for our three generation group. The host was very kind and very prompt to respond to any questions and concerns. I will book with them again.

Jonesboro House

The property is in nice shape and in a quiet neighborhood in Jonesboro and just minutes from the college, medical center and downtown Jonesboro restaurants as advertised. We had four guests during our visit and the house was very comfortable for our group size. It was very hot during our visit so we were not able to explore the backyard or back deck as we stayed indoors and enjoyed the comfort of the A/C which worked great. Overall the house was in nice shape but there were a few minor things like the actuator on the shower in the main bathroom was very hard to pull down (my sister initially thought it was broken) and should be repaired as it takes two hands to pull down when it sticks. One of the kitchen chairs had a backrest that was basically broken (so bent you could not use it for support) and needs to be fixed and some of the kitchen items like the Coffee Mate were expired and should have been replaced. The kitchen overall was nice and fully stocked with utensils and cookware and the two car garage was a plus.

Family visit

Very clean, well -appointed home close to ASU. Driving into the center of town was very quick. Highly recommend this as a nice homey place to stay when in the area. Roomy bedrooms and baths. Nice backyard area also.

We enjoy treasure hunting, music. and great food Having stayed in other locations through home away we want to deliver the same experience we appreciate when on the road while hopefully also providing some extras.

Why they chose this property

Originally this was going to be a home for our son while he attended college but situation changed now we have the opportunity to try the home away experience we have always wanted to.

What makes this property unique

This home has private back yard with a spacious and cozy deck in quiet neighborhood great for unwinding and relaxing. Furnishings have been selected with comfort in mind throughout the home. There is a large jetted soaker tub in master that will let you drift away. The home has been supplied with some extra tech items for convenience like USB plugs and outlets where you need them, Wireless blue tooth portable speaker, google home, sleep sound machine, and gaming system for the kids.. ok maybe the adults too.
