Enjoy this summer paradise in the Northwest Woods area in East Hampton. Only 10 minutes from East Hampton town. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this welcoming retreat offers a tranquil escape. Heated pool, central AC, walking distance to bay and only 10 minutes drive to ocean beach.
Property has extensive outdoor spaces, heated outdoor shower, beautiful landscaping, fire pit, outdoor deck with grill and dining table. All rooms are on the first floor, with in-suite bathroom in master bedroom, one full bathroom for 2 guest rooms and a half bathroom for visitors. Property has an unfinished basement with fitness room, laundry area with washer/ dryer, ironing board and an extra fridge.
House is just a 15-minute drive from Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and Amagansett.
A minimum rental of one-week is required in the summer, with utilities included (garbage collection, weekly cleaning, electricity and pool maintenance).

New Yorkers who fell in love with the East Hampton Northwest Woods area. We love our home and the cool and relaxed yet chic beach vibe it has to offer. It has become a paradise we are looking forward to share! While we enjoy the house year round, it really becomes alive in the summer with the multiple outdoor lounging areas, the pool, outdoor shower and fire pit.
Why they chose this property
Surrounded by trees, yet walking distance to the harbor, this is a fantastic area to experience the best of the Hamptons. Only a 10-15 min drive to town, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton. Tucked away in nature and close to the wonderful bay beaches where you can swim and watch the sunset!

It has a unique cool and relaxed beach vibe yet chic and modern. A very inviting place, both outdoors and indoors surrounded by wonderful trees.
