It has one king bed and one twin bed in the bedroom. Also, you can find a confortable sofa bed in the living room. Fully furnished nice decoration. Fully equipped linens, towels and TV Flat Screens. Washer and dryer, inside the unit. High Speed WI-FI Internet. Full amenities of the building, pools, jacuzzi, gym and game room. Free Parking.
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.
