Lower Flat- New, Comfortable, Luxury Room near UT, Downtown & Bars&Restaurants

It's like a hotel room, only better. You have a comfy bed and linens, huge closet, fantastic bathroom and large shower. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room. The wood features like the bathroom vanity, are provided by Eastside Woodshop (from a local craftsman). Concrete floors offers a cool touch in the hot summers. You have a private entrance. (We do have a full length mirror even though it is not shown in our photos)

Perfect long weekend getaway

Perfect lodging in Austin

This fully equipped studio apartment had everything I needed for a week’s stay in Austin. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was clean and as described. Ryan was so friendly and helpful, yet I had my privacy. The location was quiet yet walking distance for coffee, restaurants and a convenience store. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Austin.

Ryan's Lower Flat

The rental flat was within walking distance to small restaurants--we took advantage of the proximity and ate at three of them! The flat had all of the items we needed for a weekend stay--coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, utensils and snacks.

The owners/operators of this unit should receive a medal for creating a space that is affordable and utterly delightful at the same time. Located within easy walking distance of one of the best coffee shops we've ever been to and short drives from two of Austin's main museums as well as an Alamo Drafthouse, there's no wanting for things to do with this as your home base. The unit is incredibly comfortable and nicely appointed and easily accessible from the street (great for older folks!). The bed was a joy to sleep on and the bathroom is spacious. A definite 5-star experience!

A Perfect Little 1 Room House

The area was in close proximity to ALL the happenings. Room was a studio type space, but not cramped at all. It had everything you could think of & even some things you hadn't thought of. Even though there was just a mini fridge & microwave there was a rolling cart inside with all you needed for a quick breakfast or lunch; knives. Cutting board plates, bowls. & etc. We never saw or heard hosts, but that was OK because we had everything we needed & I was communicating via VRBO messages before & he was very responsive. with all kitchen

Comfort & Convenience

We booked this quiet little nook thinking we wouldn't be in the room much. Then we hot there and I started feeling poorly. We ended up spending most of our weekend tucked away inside, but we still had a lovely time. It was comfortable, easily accessible to anytime we did want to go out, delivery drivers could find it easily without bothering the host or other guests, parking was not an issue, basically, everything you'd want. So many little details were provided for in advance. The shower is great and water pressure was enough to tackle my thick, curly hair which is sometimes an issue. There's an oversize sink in case you need to was anything with the provided woolite or dish soap. The lamps are in reach of each bedside. There's space for your clothes & enough hangars. Snacks & basic toiletries are provided in case you forget yours. The hosts are sincerely pleasant & it shows in the details in everything here. We've already booked our next stay.
