Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Nous sommes arrivés et l'hébergement était occupé, on nous a proposé un autre hébergement qui était sans construction, pas de toilettes, on devait se rendre à l'appartement du 1er étage pour partager les toilettes, il y avait des matériaux de constructions, des déchets, c'est inacceptable! On a essayé d'obtenir un remboursement, c'était un logement inhabitable. On doit recevoir un remboursement pour ça, ce n'est pas normal de payer, d'arriver le soir et d'être pris dehors parce que le logement qui a été loué est occupé par d'autres locataires.
