The apartment location was great and the host was wonderful. A microwave would have been very helpful. Just FYI if you are booking you only get that view if you are high up and there are many hills and steps to negotiate so take this into account. However the view is worth it! Thanks so muchJanine

We rented the apartment for the view, and we weren't disappointed. It's magnificent to wake up in the morning to this view. The neighborhood is very lively, and Cihangir is very beautiful, especially for art lovers. Bertan was attentive, and we were truly delighted with our stay and the interactions with him.I highly recommend it for a stay with family and friends.

I would strongly advise against booking this property.Check-in was frustrating from the start, the key was not in the location shown in the instructions, and it took multiple attempts to reach the owner to find it elsewhere.The biggest concern is safety. The main exterior metal door to the building is malfunctioning and extremely difficult, sometimes impossible, to open. One night I was locked out in the rain for nearly an hour because the door would not open at all. This is not just inconvenient, it’s unsafe.The location is also very challenging. The apartment sits high on a steep slope, making access difficult. My elderly parents would not have been able to climb it. There is also a school directly in front of the building with very loud bells and announcements starting around 7:00 AM and continuing throughout the day.The apartment condition is nothing like the photos. It is very run-down and poorly maintained, with a strong mold/sewage smell and cockroaches present. The shower is broken, and the appliances and cooking stove are in very poor, rusted, run-down condition. The Wi-Fi only works in one small spot in the living room.Overall, the listing is misleading and does not reflect reality. I would not recommend staying here.

View was fantastic. Issues from the start. I would not recommend this property. 1/2 roll of TP for 4 people 4 nights. No blanket for 3 bed. Broken bed. No dryer, soap, toiletries, as listed. I could go on. I didn't expect much but not having TP or a blanket was a minimum. Took host 2.5 days to get us a dirty blanket and TP. Unacceptable! Vrbo wasn't much help. Experience left a bad taste.....

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Bosporus. Die Aussicht war das allerbeste! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und trotzdem am Hang, sodass der Ausblick fantastisch ist. Die Lage ist recht zentral. Allerdings muss man viele Treppen steigen um an der Wohnung anzukommen. Sie liegt halt am Hang. Die Wohnung ist recht alt und dem entsprechend sehen die Badräume aus. Die restlichen Zimmer und Möbel sind in Ordnung. Es ist sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für viele Gäste. Es gibt einen Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich rasch um Anfragen.
