Just a quick overview of the space: It’s a 3-bedroom home. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, full private bathroom, and a swivel chair. The second is bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third room is set up as an office with a desk, a futon chair, plus a couch for relaxing- and is located next to a full bathroom—great for work or relaxation. There’s also a half bathroom downstairs, a dining area with various kitchen appliances, and a pantry for extra storage. The living room features massaging heated seat, reclining seats, and you’ll have access to a laundry room as well. Outside, enjoy a front porch with seating and a private backyard with a high privacy fence and additional outdoor seating.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all dishes are left clean. You’re welcome to start the dishwasher—Cascade pods are located under the sink. Just load the dishes and run the cycle before checkout.
Please place all used towels either in front of the bathroom door or in the laundry basket downstairs in the laundry room.
Please ensure all lights in the home are turned off, the massage and heated seats are powered off, and the key is returned to the lockbox and securely locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes inside the home no smoking is allowed. If smoking occurs inside the home, a $300 non-refundable fee will be charged.
Any damage to the property will result in a charge and replacement as necessary.
If you arrive early to the property, we do allow an early check-in for $25. If we can accommodate the check- in.

Natalie’s house is very nice with updates and decorative details. We love having a fenced yard and appreciated this property was dog friendly! Natalie was a wonderful host who was available to answer any questions we had during our visit.
