We enjoyed our stay so much. The view of the downtown square was beautiful, and proximity to local shopping was exactly what we wanted. The property was so cute and clean.
Great place to stay! We were in town for a soccer tournament, and this place was the perfect spot to get out of the city (still very convenient to everything we did) and have a nice place to rest between/after games. Lots of space and right in the heart of a cool little town square. We will be looking to stay here again!

Great location and secure parking. The apartment is huge with very nice furniture. We really enjoyed the 2 conversation areas. Beds are comfortable. Great job remodeling this unit for short term rental. This will be our go-to apartment when we return to visit family and friends in Woodbury.

Hunter was very welcoming and accommodating. The loft is very large and well appointed, one of the few places in Woodbury that provides a comfortable and unique setting for families. I will definitely use it again when my many relatives visit!

Thank you for the wonderful review! Welcome back anytime.
We enjoyed our stay at Cannon Street Loft. Lots of space, very clean, beautiful views of the courthouse, charming interior, and overall just a neat place to stay. Our 2 year old son loved running around the spacious living room and climbing up and down the stairs. The host was really nice and quick to respond to any questions I asked. This stay was even more special to me because my aunt grew up in this home, so I have a few memories from my childhood here, but now I can make more. It was so nice to touch base back in my hometown. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We appreciate the great review. We’ve heard all good things about the previous families who stayed here and the great businesses before we restored the upstairs. Welcome back anytime!
Lovely place! Very spacious, clean, and convenient. Nice view of the downtown area and we were able to check out the local shops. When we had a question, Hunter responded immediately. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay and our host thought of everything. It is a very old building but the renovation was done well. We were very close to family for our visit which is hard to find for such a great price. We already rebooked.

About the host
Hosted by Hunter Wood
Hi! We're Allison and Hunter, and we're so glad you're considering a stay at Cannon Street Loft.
As longtime lovers of historic buildings and small-town Tennessee, we were excited for the opportunity to restore this beautiful 1935 building and give it new life. Our goal was to create a space that preserves its original character while providing a comfortable and memorable place for guests to stay.
When we're not hosting, we're busy raising our two young children and serving our local community. Allison owns and operates Willow 210 Vintage Market, a beloved antique and vintage destination in downtown Woodbury, while Hunter works as a Realtor helping families find their place to call home.
We love sharing everything that makes Woodbury special—from its charming courthouse square and locally owned restaurants to its antique shops, coffee spots, scenic countryside, and nearby outdoor adventures. Hosting gives us the opportunity to welcome visitors to a town we love and help them experience the warmth and hospitality that make it such a special place.
We hope you'll feel right at home at Cannon Street Loft and leave with lasting memories of your time in Woodbury.
Why they chose this property
One of our favorite things about Cannon Street Loft is its location right in the heart of historic downtown Woodbury. From the loft windows, you'll enjoy views of the beautiful Cannon County Courthouse and the charming downtown square, where life moves at a slower pace and neighbors still greet one another by name.
Guests can walk to local restaurants, a coffee shop, antique stores, boutiques, and community events held throughout the year. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee while watching the town wake up or taking an evening stroll around the square, there's something special about experiencing small-town Tennessee from the center of it all.
We especially love the mix of history, local businesses, and friendly people that make Woodbury unique. It's the kind of place where you can spend the afternoon treasure hunting in antique stores, enjoy a locally owned restaurant for dinner, and still be surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Tennessee countryside just minutes away.
What makes this property unique
What makes Cannon Street Loft truly unique is the combination of space, history, and location. Housed in a beautifully restored 1935 building, the loft offers over 3,000 square feet of private living space—something rarely found in a downtown vacation rental.
Guests enjoy historic character throughout the loft, including exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, large windows, and views overlooking the historic courthouse square. At the same time, the space has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings to make every stay enjoyable.
Another feature that sets the loft apart is its walkable location. Guests can step outside and explore local restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, boutiques, and community events without ever needing to get in their car. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, an antique-shopping trip, or simply to experience the charm of small-town Tennessee, Cannon Street Loft offers an experience that's both unique and memorable.
