Casa Madeore is located just 6 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. This fully renovated 2-bedroom bungalow is set on half an acre of lush palms and tropical greenery—offering the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and Old Florida vibes.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and cozy living room perfect, a full kitchen, dining area, and laundry—all the comforts of home with modern farmhouse flair. Sleeps four guests.
The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, side tables and closet.
The back bedroom features a full-sized bed, closet, side tables.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, serving bowls, pots and pans. It has a Keurig for your morning coffee, full stove, microwave and refrigerator.
You'll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen closet.
The living area has a sofa and bench for extra seating. You'll also find bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The porch is one of the places our guests love to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. You may see the occasional rooster or cat. There are two chairs plus a cafe table with chairs as well.
In the back you can enjoy sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the privacy of the fenced back yard. There is also a Weber BBQ for your use.

Why they chose this property
I love the Old Florida vibe and love the old palm trees that this property has. It is a unique property that features two houses on it. Both are rentals and they can be rented separately or as a pair. The location is great. You are just 6 minutes from the busyness of downtown but it feels like a world away in this farm-like atmosphere.

Both homes on the property were completely renovated and have modern amenities with a historic twist. Bungalows are classic to the architecture of the area and as rentals they are a perfect stay.
