I hope you'll feel perfectly at home at my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge. My place is just steps away from the city's most popular attractions and restaurants! It features a large balcony with a city view. The kitchen is fully equipped. The queen-sized bed is comfortable and sofa beds are also available!

Whole Foods style supermarket is across the street.

Free parking!

Must be twenty years or older to book.

Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, small groups, families and those in town for business. The unit has a spacious walk-in closet and queen-sized bed. The kitchen and living area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. We have a smart TV in the living area (no cable).

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for the bed as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also en-suite for guests to use.

High-speed WiFi is included in the unit as well.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.

*There is 1 free parking underground garage provided in this unit. Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
