Large 1 Bedroom on the Upper East Side. Living room featuring 2 sofas, and a dining table. Spacious bedroom with large bed, and closet. The apartment has 4 large windows facing south, so there is really good exposure and sunlight all day. The apartment is steps from the express trains, many shops, restaurants, and things to do. Incredible location. The Upper East Side is Manhattan's gold cost. Museum Mile is home to a row of some of the finest museums in the country, including the Guggenheim, the Jewish Museum and the Met. Steps from Central Park, Famous 5th Avenue and easy access to the entire city. Some of America’s most famous families have made their homes on the Upper East Side: the Roosevelts, Kennedys, Rockefellers, and Carnegies were all real-estate pioneers in the early 1900s and developed the neighborhood into a beautiful and posh place to live. Overall poor quality but great location
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very noisy and the acoustic isolation was poor. The furniture was very old and run down. The fridge did not function properly and was very inconveniently located. Rubin and Eli were both very professional. The only thing that this unit had at its own advantage was its location. It is a shame that such a big space is so poorly used.
