The hotel was careful to assure non French customers understood what they were saying. One employee at the front desk seemed to have quite a difficult time trying to understand us and respond when we were asking some questions. The room was lovely, and yet one more chair to sit on would have had its advantage. The outstand steps are not made for mature people That are unable to step up higher when entering the building.
