Welcome to Harbor Place Boathouse, an escape tucked within the mangroves of an old Florida fishing village where the salt air, stunning sunsets, and the rhythm of the tides will slow life down to its most beautiful pace.
This charming 1-bedroom open cottage is perched on stilts with gulf access, waterfront views, and a gentle breeze. Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking relaxation, exploration, and a taste of old Florida charm.

Open 1-bedroom house on stilts with an additional queen pull-out sofa. Large windows fill the space with natural light. Enjoy a comfortable 70” Roku TV and washer/dryer in unit. Dock with direct water access (please note: there is NO fencing around the water).

If you are interested in bringing your boat and/or trailer, please send us a message for more details. You are minutes from the Gulf and the world famous Ten Thousand Islands are your backyard!

Walk to local restaurants and bars for food, entertainment, and live music — which you can also enjoy right from the back patio. Seasonal variation applies.

Local marinas and boat rentals nearby. Just 15 minutes to the white sandy beaches of Marco Island, plus dining and shopping. Only 9 minutes to grocery and liquor stores.

Please note: During peak season, the area can be lively due to its walkable proximity to restaurants and waterfront activity. If you are looking for a very quiet stay during season, we recommend you consider alternative options in the area.
