This is a residential building with security and management on site, we want to preserve the quiet as much as possible. There is no partying, there is no loud noise, or loitering in the public areas. This building houses professionals and we do not want to compromise that.
A guest must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. We do not host guests below 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
Only the guests registered in your reservation will be allowed entry.
There are 2 drug dogs in the building, and we are retired police officers who also live in the building.
Any violation of loud noise after 1 warning, or disturbances in the public areas will lead to eviction, and in some cases calling the authorities immediately.
You will need to retrieve the keys from the 24/7 building security where they will also do an ID verification.
Immediately after booking, we will call to verify the strictness of our building's rules. Our number 1 priority is to preserve the RESIDENTIAL element of this building.
Surveillance cameras outdoors for security. There is a surveillance camera outside the unit, but not the unit itself. Minut device in the unit for noise level.

1) CLEANING ****
No Cleaning Rules upon Check-Out except loading and running any used dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaning team will restock it in the cabinets. No other cleaning or checkout items!
*Please dump food waste in the garbage and not the sink disposal.
2) PETS ****
"Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, NO Pitbulls allowed - STRICTLY ENFORCED BY MANAGEMENT."
Pets ARE allowed, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:
1-7 Nights: $25 per day
8-28 Nights: $200 flat per pet
30+ Nights: $300 flat per pet

We can usually accommodate early check-in / late check-out. Our cleaners have a strict schedule and clean other Airbnb's, and do charge us to change their schedule. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can coordinate.

5) ADDITIONAL RULES/INFO ****
Disclaimer - failure to leave the apartment past 12pm at check-out without prior approval will result in a late fee of the entire booking day. If you need to stay past 12pm, simply communicate with us through the Airbnb app so we can approve if able. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. The majority of our bookings are back-to-back and not leaving by 12pm causes a HUGE stress in getting the apartment ready for next guests
