ONLY the person making the reservation will be able to initially pick up a key to the building and provide ID. Security will deny entry to anyone not on the reservation.

We 𝐝𝐨 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬 who live in or near Cleveland without a business/medical exemption. This includes any zip code that begins with "441". This is a residential building with security and management on site, we want to preserve the quiet as much as possible. There is no partying, there is no loud noise, or loitering in the public areas. This building houses professionals and we do not want to compromise that.

IMPORTANT: A safety deposit or damage waiver is required for your reservation. As a guest on Airbnb, you can choose between:
(1) A refundable safety deposit, held 2 days before check-in and automatically released 2 days after check-out, or
(2) A one-time, non-refundable damage waiver fee.
Both options are processed securely through an authorized third-party platform that is officially partnered and integrated with Airbnb. For details on what the damage waiver covers, feel free to contact us directly.

A guest must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. We do not host guests below 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

You can choose between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Only the guests registered in your reservation will be allowed entry.

There are 2 drug dogs in the building, and we are retired police officers who also live in the building.

Any violation of loud noise after 1 warning, or disturbances in the public areas will lead to eviction, and in some cases calling the authorities immediately.

Immediately after booking, we will call to verify the strictness of our building's rules. Our number 1 priority is to preserve the RESIDENTIAL element of this building.

Surveillance cameras outdoors for security. There is a surveillance camera outside the unit, but not the unit itself. Minut device in the unit for noise level.
Additional rules
1) CLEANING ****

No Cleaning Rules upon Check-Out except loading and running any used dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaning team will restock it in the cabinets. No other cleaning or checkout items!

*Please dump food waste in the garbage and not the sink disposal.


2) PETS ****
"Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, NO Pitbulls allowed - STRICTLY ENFORCED BY MANAGEMENT."

Pets ARE allowed, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:

1-7 Nights: $25 per day
8-28 Nights: $200 flat per pet
30+ Nights: $300 flat per pet

*Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of your apartment*

3) SMOKING ****

PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT. An additional $500 smoke removal fee applies for smoking inside the apartment.

4) EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ****

Standard check-in is 4pm, and check-out is 10am.

We can usually accommodate early check-in / late check-out. Our cleaners have a strict schedule and clean other Airbnb's, and do charge us to change their schedule. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can coordinate.

Early Check-in --- 2pm for $25 or 12pm for $50

Late Check-out --- 12pm for $25

5) ADDITIONAL RULES/INFO ****

Disclaimer - failure to leave the apartment past 12pm at check-out without prior approval will result in a late fee of the entire booking day. If you need to stay past 12pm, simply communicate with us through the Airbnb app so we can approve if able. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. The majority of our bookings are back-to-back and not leaving by 12pm causes a HUGE stress in getting the apartment ready for next guests

Please leave key fob as instructed on your boarding pass upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of $100 (from the building management)

**We require Names, Drivers License/ID numbers, and Date of Birth for all incoming reservations as required by property management. You will get a verification link through our partner once booking is confirmed**

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that amenities external to the actual apartment are not under our control. Any unavailability due to maintenance on the gym area will not warrant a refund. Please check with us prior to booking and we will let you know the status to the best of our ability. Maintenance is usually done within a day.
