Jennifer is originally from Neligh but Dane is from Valentine NE in the Sandhills. Both own/run successful businesses here in Neligh. Jennifer has a marking flag manufacturing plant along west HWY 275 and Dane has Nielsen Insurance which services Neligh and surrounding towns as well as a couple of Sandhills communities in Valentine and Gordon NE.
Why they chose this property
We wanted a rural setting that was close to town.
What makes this property unique
We raise longhorn cows as Dane is originally from Valentine NE. How do they say “you can take the man off the ranch but you can’t take the ranch out of the man?” Ha!
