From first contact in booking this property it was a good experience. Nothing was a problem and Wilfred was very helpful and quick in response to emails or messages. This was perfect for our months stay in Winnipeg. Excellent location to restaurants, shops, parks, and lots of walking trails. The cottage was clean and had all the necessities required for a long stay, washer and drier, well equipped kitchen, tv , air conditioner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will certainly remember it for our next trip to Winnipeg.

I rented this accommodation for a month and a few days while I was in Winnipeg for work as a contractor. Wil, the owner, was very friendly and super accommodating to any needs I may have!The apartment was stocked with all the items you might need if you were living at home right down to a weighing scale in the bathroom, lol. - which was great, cause I like to keep a careful eye on any unanticipated weight gain.I will definitely contact Wil again for lodging if I am located in that vicinity for work or any length of time.Thanks Wil!
