High vaulted ceilings, large open space with plenty of large windows and natural light.
This condo is gorgeous and the view from the balcony is serene.
Sit on the balcony and see the golf course. Drink your morning coffee in peace and quiet.

The decor is inviting and fresh with lots of blue and white notes with beach design. Clean, crisp and fresh.
2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the second has 2 Queen beds. There’s also a Queen pull out in the living room should you need it.

The master bedroom bedroom has a private attached bath, closet, TV and ceiling fan.

2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, smart TV and access to a full bath. This full bath can also be accessed from the living room.

Full kitchen with granite countertops, brand new appliances, Keurig with coffee pods, sugars and creamer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you’ll need. We also supply starter spices and oils. You should have everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay.

Open floor plan to dining and living room.
I’ve also supplied all the beach supplies you’ll need.

How to access condo:
type in keycode found in your Guest portal then press the lock/unlock button in the middle of keypad. To lock door for the outside just press the lock button.
You'll notice a Ring doorbell on the door. It has a working camera is there for safety. There are no other cameras in the condo.
How to use Washer & Dryer:
Washer is on the bottom.
Washer:
1. put 1-2 laundry pods in bottom was washer
2. Turn Dial to desired setting
3. Press start!
Dryer:
1. Put items into dryer
2. Add dryer sheet
3. Twist dial to desire setting
4. press the start button
*Please do not wash items with sand, this causes damages to machines & pipes
Extra Bed:
Sofa is a queen pullout. Extra sheets & bedding is located in the second bedroom closet
Pool:
Keycard is located in welcome basket. Pool is a short walk away. Walk past the building and take a left at the road into front of World Tour
Parking:
Parking pass is located in welcome basket to put on your rearview mirror. You are welcome to park in any parking spot in front of the building.
Rules:
1. No Parties or large gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 6 maximum guests

AT CHECKOUT:
1. Leave all towels in a pile.
2. wash or place dishes in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave.
3. Remove all food from the fridge and throw out all the trash.
* we shouldn’t waste good food, so if you have any unopened packages you may
leave them for the next guest.
4. Double check door is locked when departing.
We bring fresh linens and towels for every guest. There is no need to remove or wash
any linens or towels.
5. Return parking to welcome basket
