Hosted by Ralph
Manager, Ralph is from Chicago and assistant manager Tina is from Odessa, Ukraine. We devote much of our time to the maintenance and routine upkeep of the entire complex, but still manage to find the time to enjoy our lives here. We both love the relaxed beach village atmosphere at Encuentro beach, combined with the close proximity to Sosua and Cabarete for shopping at local Supermarkets. Various nearby beaches are quickly accessible by car or public transportation and provide a good spot for weekend relaxation.
Why they chose this property
We chose Encuentro beach for our home, due to the short walk to the beach, the quiet nights, excellent quality of building condtrucyion but still close enough to Sosua and Cabarete for all these two towns have to offer.
What makes this property unique
Our property features a rooftop terrace with an Ocean View that is available to all guests at our complex, a very cozy gazebo for informal social gathering, BBQ grill, and a well maintained swimming pool.
