The was the perfect stay for us to just get away and completely unplug. The host said cell service was spotty and it was even better than I hoped for. There was zero cell reception for me on Verizon and my son had Mint and had maybe a bar. There were complaints about internet service in the journal that was from past visitors, but it was perfect for me because it was slow and allowed us to really leave technology out of this vacation. Trip down to the stream where we just sat and listened to the running water and nature. Evenings around the fire pit with nothing but the night sky. This was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time.

Thank you for your review. The remote location of the Lodge and the surrounding geography of the mountains makes our place a dead spot for cable, fiber optic, and wireless. Starlink is our only option and it is under consideration due to pressure from guests.

Beautiful property both inside and out. There is definitely enough room for ten people to sleep, eat and enjoy. The creek is a walk across a field, but very peaceful to listen to. It was too shallow to fish, float or kayaking, it is after all July.Kitchen is large and has dishes, silverware and glasses. I would suggest bringing storage options. Pans are limited but available.

This is our fourth year going. Reservations are extremely easy, and the owner kept me posted via text as our stay neared. House is amazing. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights, and it had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better. It sits right on one of the best trout fishing rivers in PA. Already making plans for our 2027 trip.

Loved our stay at this place.

Perfect getaway setting for our group of sisters from far and wide to gather for a weekend and hang out. Lots of sharing, laughter, singing and praying together and walks along the beautiful creek setting made our time at Lingerlong Lodge full of precious memories.

Beautiful Getaway

This house was perfect for a getaway with our family! We played games at night in the enclosed sunroom, grilled hamburgers and steaks for dinners on the back patio with a beautiful over-sized natural wood picnic table, and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time in the large kitchen with island! The area was quiet and secluded, just what we needed for intimate family time!!

Weekend getaway

Wonderful long weekend getaway with our children and grandchild...clean, private, great spaces for all ages although we did find ourselves on the back porch quite frequently...great view and very comfortable! We will be coming back
