8/10 Good

Nicely Renovated

Our stay was short but enjoyable. With all new flooring, cupboards, appliances, fresh paint and new furnishings this has a fresh feel to the space. The foam mattress on the Murphy Bed was adequate. We did not use the internet and felt the $4.95/day access charge was a bit much. Any hotel/motel offers free internet. The location is great, right along the beach, and a short walk to the Beach House where we looked out at the beach as we ate a delicious breakfast. The owners and resort staff responded quickly to any request. Since we chose not to attend the time share presentation we did not hear about the amenities that would be available to owners and guests.
